1. Time and venue:

• Time: 9am, December 3rd to 8pm, December 4th

• Venue: Hon Sui Sen Auditorium, NUS Business School, Biz 2

2. Detailed time line

Saturday, December 3rd
• All teams are to report at 8:45am SHARP at Hon Sui Sen Auditorium with all team members (except teams with special arrangement*).

• Briefing starts at 9:00am.

• All cases are released at 9:20am. You have exactly 24 hours to crack the case. No communication with 3rd parties is allowed. You will be allocated randomly into one of tutorial rooms at NUS Business School, Biz 2.

• Internet provided

• Lunch and dinner provided.

Sunday, December 4th
• All teams are to submit slides at 9:20am at Hon Sui Sen Auditorium backstage (except teams with special arrangement*).

• Results will be announced after all presentations of all cases on the same date.

• Sharing session by Mr. Thong Le, Deputy CEO of DongA Bank: “How expats can contribute and succeed in Vietnamese corporations” following team presentations.

• Breakfast and lunch provided.

3. Packing list

• Dress code for presentation: Business Attire

• Toiletries (you will shower at Business School)

• Sleeping bag or blanket

• Water bottle and snacks

• Laptop and thumb drive

• Medication (if any)

• Markers (if you want to use markers and white board to discuss) and other stationaries.

• Clothes to change

• Identification Card (IC, Passport)
